Osgood Industries, Inc. Introduces the New Hygienic UltraClean Series Fillers for preformed containers!

Oldsmar, Florida, March 1, 2011: Osgood Industries is proud to announce its NEW UltraClean Series fillers.

Marrying the proven capabilities of Osgood volumetric filling systems with the sterile filling modules of partner Bosch Aseptic Packaging technologies, the OSGOOD UltraClean Series offers food manufacturers new possibilities to reduce premature spoilage and extend shelf lives of refrigerated products.

The UltraClean Series features a new, ultra hygienic machine base and incorporates advanced yet well proven sterilization & disinfection technology to free packaging materials of microbes prior to the filling and sealing process at rates as high as 660 cups per minute.  Clean packaging filled in a sterile environment leads to greater shelf life opportunities.

Flexible filling is now the norm with Osgood fillers.  Split tank pump designs and other recent proprietary innovations permit the simultaneous filling of different product SKU’s or flavors.  Optional integrated pick and place systems load filled and sealed containers into trays and cases.
